✅ All outputs generated through our platform may be used, modified, and distributed by you, unless restricted under applicable laws or third-party rights.
Restrictions
❌ You may not resell, sublicense, or provide direct access to our platform or APIs without prior written consent.
❌ You may not use our services to create harmful, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
❌ Reverse-engineering, tampering, or attempting to bypass technical safeguards of our platform is strictly prohibited.
Ownership
All rights, titles, and interests in the SYNA platform, including its models, algorithms, and software, remain the exclusive property of SYNA. Users retain rights to their generated outputs, subject to third-party intellectual property laws.
Commercial Use
Businesses may integrate SYNA’s generative AI into products, services, and workflows, provided such use complies with this license. Enterprise agreements are available for extended rights.
Termination
SYNA reserves the right to suspend or terminate licenses if users violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or misuse the platform in ways that compromise security or integrity.
Updates
This Licensing Agreement may be revised periodically to reflect legal, technical, or business updates. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
